We want you to love every piece you receive from Timid Fabrics. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items and intimates cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email us at timidfabrics@zohomail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at timidfabrics@zohomail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — and we'll cover the return shipping.
