How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and more — all transactions are SSL-encrypted for your security.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! Please contact us at timidfabrics@zohomail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it ships.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2–3 days) are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — follow us @TimidFabrics for updates!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We sincerely apologize! Email us at timidfabrics@zohomail.com within 7 days with photos and your order number — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.

Products

Are the products true to size?

Each product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend checking measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.

Are the colors accurate in photos?

We do our best to photograph items accurately, but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings. Customer review photos are a great reference for real-life color.
